| A truly excellent hotel, large well equipped rooms,extremley attentive staff,nothing was too much trouble.i have stayed here several times and would rate it as the best hotel in munich.i recommend this hotel for any type of visitor.well situated,luxurious,the breakfast buffet absolutely out of this world. |

| Nice bathroom with both shower and tub, guest bath ropes. Comfy beds. Newspaper delivered at the door in th emoning upon request without extra charge. Friendly staff. Cheap drinks and afternoon coffee/cake at the bar, which is not expected when staying at a five star hotel. Pleasent surprise! Great breakfast buffet! Remember to ask for other types of coffee they are also avaialable. Location perfect across for central station gives easy access to train to airport and a short walk to the city centre. All in all a great place to stay |

| Positives: Location was one of the best locations in Munich. Staff were helpful and friendly enough (Spoke fluent English). My Deluxe Room was great, lots of space and super clean and was ready with the baby cot when I got it. Breakfast was fresh and let's just say it was worth waking up for! Negatives: Nothing really, except that it is so good that too many people stay at this hotel so it gets crowded sometimes, especially at breakfast. |

| Location is great, just opposite to the trainstation. As you know, travelling in europe, train is the most often used, more convenient than airplane. Room is fantastic, clean, very spacious, especially after we stayed in paris hotel.The big plasma is another plus. All the receptionists speak very good english and able to give you the sufficient and correct information. Yeah, i mention it paticularly, because this strength is not very common in hotels of european coutry. especially those non-5 stars hotel. Breakfast buffet is nice. |
