I was happy to easily find the hotel. During my short stay at the hotel I needed some things to be able to make my work and the staff was very helpful, friendly and they took their time for me which i appreciatet very much! therefore a great place to stay!

We stayed only one night as we had to find a place to sleep few hours during our trip to home during the "ash issue". Great place to stay near railway station. Clean, simple and really good bathroom. Proper locks in the doors. We are really amazed the quality thinking the price. We might even stay again if coming again to Hamburg.

Courteous and friendly staff at this Hotel. we didnt know the Hostel and Hotel are inthe same premises. I think the Hotel was expensive for the kind of amenities provided in the room.Clean room and sheets though. The hotel is 15-20 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnof ( main railway station) and one a one way road, hence dificult to get a transportation to the station easily. Breakfast was well organised.

The hotel was located a short distance from the city center and train station so you could easily walk anywhere you were going. The room was clean and ok, not well decorated but it had all we needed. The breakfast was quite good but we never understood what we needed the breakfast tokens for, since no one ever asked for those, they were merely placed in a jar whilst having breakfast. Anyway, good value for the money we paid.

The room was enough good, simnply furnitured, but clean,a little bit cold inside.The breakfast is very simple also! Little bit noisy due to the large groups of young students!
