Extremely quick checkin. Staff remembered me from previous visits. Room was a good size with the bathroom containing a wc, sink and bath with shower. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Complementary toiletries too. Breakfast selection is huge so was nice to get a B&B rate. Staff were a little slow to take coffee order at breakfast on this occasion but are normally very accommodating. Will stay here again.

Everything was fine except there seemed to be a problem getting soft foam rather than feather pillows. Feathers are not great for people with allergies.They only seemed to have old,large, hard pillows rather than soft,thin, foam ones. they seemed befuddled by my request and it had to be made several times.

Nice clean comfy room with lovely modern bathroom. Very quiet. The best part for us was the excellent location just behind the main shopping street. Breakfast was very nice - just what you would expect in a four star hotel. We didn`t eat in the restaurant but we did have a lovely cocktail in the bar which was rather expensive! Our flight was delayed and we did not reach the hotel until 4am but that was no problem.

The hotel was in an excellent location for a first time visitor to frankfurt, however it is not geared towards tourists, it did not display any tourist information at all. Thankfully the staff were on hand with any advise we needed. They could also improve on some of the facilities in the room for a four star hotel. One major factor was the lack of a bath mat, very dangerous when you have to shower in the bath. Also food choice is very limited within the hotel.
