Close to the Main railway station, good location. Lobby and service not personal, we came late in and the nigtporter and bar was below acceptable service. Room was small but clean, brekfast was Ok, but not more. Ok for one night stay.

The hotels quite central, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choice, would stay here again if I was going back to Dusseldorf

The hotel was lovely, just what we needed, our room was very small. But the staff were terrible so bad was the girl in the bar and dining room, we asked her for drinks, she gave us half of them(there was 5 of us togethere) and disappared and when she came back we asked her for the beer she pulled and had left sitting on the tray, the head of the beer had disappared and she said that we had jumped the bar and drank it, she was vile so bad i was counting to 10 not to cause a scene, she sneered at us, threw the drink at us, talked about us in German, she should be fired on the spot!! Apart from the staff we enjoyed our stay, hotel is central to everything and if you want to go for somthing to eat near-by i would highly recommend Thai Sila to make your holiday. Even now when i think of that vile girl(long girl) she makes me so mad. I hope management sees reads this and that she is fired, doing ur hotel no good.
