Excellent hotel, staff and service outstanding. Sadly it was a 'whirlwind stopover' to meet up with friends so we didn't benifit from all the facilities. Breakfast was extensive choice and cooked and presented to a very high standard. I would certainly recommend this hotel to all my friend and family and will be revisiting hopefully in the near future.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, free parking and internet, mini bar in the room. My rate from Yeego included a very good free buffet breakfast. Probably one of the best buffet breakfasts I ever had in Europe. Book it from other sites the breakfast migt cost up to €14. I have stayed here twice, both times I booked a single room and both times ended up with a room with two twin beds. The only amenity missing I can use is an in-room safe. Downside is the room is a small. There is not really any wardrobe to unpack your clothes into. I kept most of my clothes in my luggage. It was OK for a weekend stay. Any longer would be a problem.

I had a very good stay at this hotel with a very good rate. The breakfast is huge and good (except the over cooked scramble eggs).The reception is opened 24 hours which was very convenient too. The only point that was not perfect was the size of the room more normal at a 2 stars than a 3 stars hotel... I highly recommend this hotel

Room was very small and quite suffocating at night. My small daughter found it extremely difficult to sleep and we were awake for quite some time. Breakfast was pretty good. Otherwise the room was clean and value for money.

The rooms were small and sparse (no coffee/tea facility) for a hotel advertised as 4* and there was no pool but everything else was perfect. The staff were extremely professional and friendly and it's a great base for anyone wanting to visit Mettman, Neander, Dusseldorf. The breakfast was as good as anything I've seen anywhere but the restaurant was a slight let down.
