Beautifl hotel. Breakfast is fantastic!. Clean, friendly. Only the room is too cold for us. But the room is big and nice and proper.

This is a top class establishment with great, friendly service! The location is somewhat distant from the centre / old town. Walking not possible. The tram takes about 10-15 min and the tram stop is about 3 min walk from the hotel. Do note however that on Sunday the service does not run too frequently. Breakfast is great and the rooms are spacious and comfortable - although you can see that the whole place is from late 70s / early 80s. Bathrooms seem to have been renovated probably in the 90s. If you're coming from the airport, take S-Bahn to Derendorf station and then the tram to Heinrichstrasse stop (the stop itself is not on the Heinrichstrasse-street though, it's the next street).

Great if you have a car. Breakfast room was busy in the mornings , but handled well from the staff. All in all we would happily return!
