Couldn't find the entrance because of the building site, but otherwise very friendly staff, large room with surprisingly small bathroom,super breakfast! Is within easy walking distance to the Rhein and the Cathedral.

Room was perfect, though a little warm to my tastes, breakfast was just amazing, location wa grand too, 10 minutes walk from Koln Dom and in another direction, the choclate museum, of course there is a train stop right outside. The bar in the hotel was also packed every night and the service was great.

Not enough drawer space in rooms. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Food and service very good. Location good.

The rooms were very nice, the hotel is very well presented and the location is quite good - only 5 mins walk to the pedestrianised shopping area. The meal we had in the restaurant was very nice, and the service good. The only problem was that roadworks in the area (an in typical German style they have taken out vast swathes of the road!) made the road we were supposed to go down look blocked off. It took us ages driving round and round to get to the hotel parking. But the hotel itself we had no problems with.

Overall, the hotel was quite nice and the location was not bad, about a 15 minute walk to Dom Square and the center of the old town. I do have to warn though, there is a lot of contruction going on right in front and it can be a bit confusing if you are driving there, the contruction blocks the facad of the hotel making it hard to find. The rooms are nice and the hotel bar/restaraunt is nice as well.
