The hotel is best value for money. The rooms are really great, quiet and really spacious. The bathroom is great also and very clean, with hot water all the time. Breakfast is really nice, and the breakfast room staff really polite. Very nice coffe bar in the reception level. The reception staff really helpful, both the times we asked the for help. The hotel is really really convenient with public transport. S-Bahn just round the corner, and tram is really helpful, drove us straight to our favorite place, Hackescher Market. Generally, I think is an excellent choice. Berlin is my favorite European city to be, i think i will stay to the same hotel next time.

Nice and modern rooms. Good breakfast. Good service. Price 150 Euros more expensive than last year for a smaller room??? I had also to paid an extra charge of 5 euros per day for a non-smoking room.

I am very pleased with the hotel. The trams take you easily to the Alexanderplatz and S-bahn to West Berlin. The staff is friendly and brekfast buffe very good. Exellent choise!

The hotel was not downtown as I expected but it was close to tramways and underground. The room was OK and clean; it overlooked a busy street so it wasn't very quiet and the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was served in a comfortable room and the buffet was varied and the food was of good quality. The staff was kind gave us all the help we needed

Excellent service! Excellent breakfast buffet! Food was really good. Large windows in the room. The location is really central near Alexander Platz. Closer that train (S-Bahn).
