The staff was more or less helpful,the room was below average both for a 3star and a Best Western. As a Best Western Card holder I got (supposedly) better room, but the room was small, the toilet was aufully smelling urine, and the aircondition was noisy. Wifi was ok, and free, breakfast is served from 7-10 for 8euros, but I didn't get any. The hotel is situated close to a hospital/uni area, so I chose it because it was near where I needed to go. However, I wouldn't recommend this to tourists wanting to go around Berlin, since there are more central hotels for better value. My stay was average, and I would go back to the hotel only if it was the cheapest non backpack/hostel accommodation available in that area, given my obligations were there that is. Yeego service on the other hand was excellent, and I will certainly use it again. It offered by far the best price compared to many other websites (30euros/night cheaper) and their customer service is brilliant.

Every thing was as expected, clean, friendly administration, the buffet was excellent. The hotal very well located near good restaurants, fun and lost of museums.

Good experience here. Small rooms though. Courteous and friendly front desk staff. The Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Freidrichstrasse rail station. Very good connectivity across the city. The quays from where one can take river cruise along Spree is also less than 10 minutes away. The main centres of attraction - the Brandenberg Tor, Unter Den Linden, Bundestag etc are within 45 mins walking radius.Good eateries around too.
