Dear Sirs, I travelled with the 12 years old boy. Hotel OK but the roome was very hot. Though trying to get fresh air from the air condition no change in the room. Air condition max and temperature 0 but no cool air. So we had to keep the air condition switch off and open the window (outside -8 during the night). After that we could sleep. We loved the hotel. The location is perfect, the breakfast amazing and the beds heavenly. Only the concierge service let us down and the bath could not be used as the plug did not fit the plug hole. Apart from that, we would recommend the hotel to anybody.

Hotel was brilliant, arrived early due to flights and stored luggage before taking up to our room when we were out exploring. Location of Hotel was excellent too, and the breakfasts were a definite winner.
