Pros: Luckily they have allocated a large room with 3 beds (it is a large room with plenty of space not so common in Paris). It is quite close to the metro station and lively area. Cons: Terrible smelling lobby (rarely) and narrow door (specific to this room which is at the corner).

The hotel is nice and well located. It's convenient though old and not renovated for long time. The biggest problem is that I chose this hotel because it said it has parking. I payed more to get parking in Paris, which is rare to find. When I arrived, no available parking was there, and the clerk said to me with surprise: "We have 4 parking places and all are taken. We have 60 rooms, you think I should've had 60 parking spots?!" - the answer is "YES! you should, you're a hotel". So just keep in mind that the hotel doesn't really have parking.

Hotel was pleasant and well situated. The service was friendly and promt. The room was ok, nothing special but have seen a lot worse in Paris, too... Can recommend.
