It is merely a ten minute walk from the Saint Lazare Station, making it easy to also explore the surrounding areas. Clean, tidy, no frills, friendly staff: all that was required at this price level. Room very small but well equipped. Breakfast buffet extensive and good value at 15 Euros. Hotel perfectly located for my purposes (Paris Opera).

Clean and tidy with a great morning breakfast. Room was a bit on the small size but typical of the Paris 2/3star. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. All in all no problems.
