Good location, nice price, basic rooms, facelift needed in common area - especially stairs, meager breakfast but included in the room rate

The location was conveniently near the Metro, the room was small but adequate - quiet, overlooking a park, good bathroom but the heat was not working and it was quite cold out. Breakfast was basic - croissants and rolls, cheese, cereal but no fruit.
I would stay there again.
