Breakfast is included (croissant and a vending machine coffee) and you get a drink and sandwich every day... However climbing 6 flights of stairs put a pretty big dampener on things! there is no elevator which makes things difficult when you have luggage. To the staff's credit, we were offered another room on the 1st floor when we enquired but the effort of moving our luggage again changed our minds.
Bathroom is very small, but positioning is FANTASTIC!!! There are so many great little cafes and restaurants in Abbesses and there is a very reasonable supermarket close by.
Only change I would suggest is coffee/tea making facilities.
