The 2 men that work in the restaurant regularly are fantastic and really friendly. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the bar staff and some reception staff. One female member of staff working in the bar nearly bit my head off when I asked if there was table service in the bar, barking "WHAT??? No I'm too busy!" to which me and my group moved out of the bar and across the road into a fabulaous restaurant and had our drinks and meal there instead (and also the following 3 nights as we were on a long business trip). Perhaps customer service training needs to be given to improve. I stayed in a duplex room which is of a good standard, although there are no plug sockets upstairs and you can't turn the downstairs lights off from the mezzanine level meaning that you have to negotiate the stairs in a large, 2 level room with only a bedside table lamp to light your way.

Staying at this hotel is not practical at all to go to disneyland because we had to wait for the bus which doesn't come frequently and the shuttle of the hotel is only for one hour in the early mornning. And if you want to walk the high way is not safe. And I didn't like the dublexe, it makes the room is very small also it's not safe for the baby. Aircondition is not working at the hotel. Price doesn't match the quality.
