We come regularly to this hotel, we like it, but now there were a few complaints. We got a new room with a 'noise'. There was something wrong with the 'airsystem' and we could not sleep. We told them and were promised that it would be repaired during the day. When we came back (very late) nothing was done and only next day we got another (better) room. But two sleepless nights and not even the word "sorry"....By the way: this room was very small without any wardrobes or drawers, we had to leave our things in the suitcase....
Something to know is that the included breakfast in de downstairs lunchroom can be taken in the beautiful topfloor restaurant paying only 10€ extra, which is worth it. The swimming pool is lovely and warm. Nice hotel, but the service has always been a problem.

Better breakfast on 23rd floor (we discovered by accident). Area slightly dodgy. Room/lift cards failed twice.
