J'ai réservé à l'Opéra Franklin mais n'ai pas été informée de la reprise de cet hôtel par le groupe Accord. C'est devenu un Ibis. Personnellement je préférais l'ancienne déco car maintenant toutes les chambres se ressemblent avec très peu de rangements pour les vêtements. Nous avons malheureusement eu des problèmes de coupure d'eau et avons dû changer de chambre. Quelques changements au niveau du choix proposé au petit déjeuner mais la responsable du service en salle est très efficace et toujours aussi aimable et attentive aux besoins de tous les clients. Nous fréquentons l'hôtel depuis quelques années. Très bonne situation de l'hôtel près du métro Cadet qui est une ligne principale. Mais également possibilité de rejoindre les Galeries Lafayette et le boulevard Montmartre à pied (musée Grévin, théâtre des Vatiétés, l'Opéra...) Prix intéressant pour une réservation internet avec Yeego.

Good hotel, clean room, breakfast quite OK. Good location. Only thing to be imprved: We had bath towels but not washbasin towels so we had to ask for them. The following day aain only one bathtowel for each of us!!!
