The staff was gerenally helpful, room was a bit oldfashioned and bed was lousy. Breakfast was o´kay, but everything was empty too often. For us (from Finland) the most thing that caused disappointment was the sauna, which heater was cold ??!!? I even asked from the reception, if it were fine to use sauna and he said yes??? The Irish Pub was the best thing and service there was good.

Advertised as four star, more like 3.5 An older hotel in need of refurbishing to rise to 4 star status. The hotel is used by airline crews, that tells you a lot. The biggest drawback was slow ethernet Internet connection, inadequate for video streaming. Good buffet breakfast with an appropriately early start for early flights, Lack of hot food early.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. the only downside was the steam room & sauna were not working . The free shuttle bus was pretty reliable but did get pretty packed.
