Tge hotel is very aged; two of the three ascenseurs didn't work correctly (dangerous!). The furniture must be replaced or repaired. The male people at the reception isn't very cliëntcentered. Every member of the staff thinks about HIS or HER task, en didn't collaborate. The care for the room and the breakfast was very good en correct.
