Correct service, nice people, but with small rooms that seem a little worn out, very small breakfast room... Why does this hotel have four stars?

this hotel is - at BEST - a 2 star. the paint was peeling, the doors had holes in them, the baseboards were chewed up, the carpet was filthy, the windows had mold, the faucet was broken. i am shocked that they are allowed to post 4 stars. they are using the name of ELYSEES and ROYALE and the ADDRESS to get customers. do not be fooled.

Marvellous location,just a hundred metres from the Arc de Triumph....sadly that is really all that this 4*(?) hotel has to recommend it.While the breakfast was ok the eating area was a joke, no wider than the carriage in a train.The television in the room could not pick up the advertised stations and reception seemed indifferent...Sin E.

The room was clean, ok, but no air conditioning. Brekfast was poor. The staff was nice and professional.

good service the reception is open all nght which make things very easy when you're coming to hotel late. The breakfast room was really too small and too crowed. the rooms was nice but old fashioned furnished and the bathroom was not really weel renovated. the room was small but the closet was quite ok.
