| The room was small but more than adequate for our four day stay. The staff were freindly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good, offering a wide selection in the buffet. |

| I booked my room rather late, and the hotels in the center of Paris were gone. This hotel is on the outskirts in Bagnolet, but with the metro system, that is not a problem at all. It is very easy and quick to get most anywhere that you want. The hotel is literally at the end of one of the lines. A big complaint that I had was there was no elevator or escalator from the subway to ground level. This was very difficult with a heavy suitcase, but this was not the hotels fault. The breakfast was in two separate areas, and they both had different things to choose from. Each morning the host would tell you which area to go to, and then you were suppose to stay in that area. I didn't much care for that. The room was okay in size, I was expecting very tiny. But I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was mold on the walls and ceiling, and the tiles in the shower were discolored with mold? The coffe cups and water heater were not clean. The maid forgot to give us any towels on our second night there, so we had to call down. Two nights we took showers afte 11pm, and we couldnt get hot water without calling down and having them relight the water heaters. Even with all of this, I do believe I would stay here again. The staff was very nice and helpful. |
