1. The suggestion - description - and photos on internet of the hotel are not matching with the reality. The photos are misleading and do not give a real picture what can be expected. Not a 4 star at all. 2. We asked for a quite - larger room with king- or queen size bed. The room on the first floor was not quite at all. Every night we woke up from loud people and traffic. We did not sleep well and did not got the rest we expected during our special occasion holiday. 3. We asked for some attention to the birthday of my wife. The email from the hotel promised many things. Nothing was arranged. no candles - no flowers. Very disappointing. 4. At the breakfast the buffet was not at all at a 4 star level: only one type of white bread - only pork meat (we do not eat pork) - no eggs - no cheese selection - only jam and butter. The service was not friendly, probably due to overload work: one asiatic man for all the hotel guests. 5. The bed in the room was hard and of not good quality. 6. The room was dirty and extreme dusty. I got allergy from dust. 7. The room-maid thrown away our chocolate dessert and half a bottle of champagne. 8. From one side of the bed we good not go out, because of the small space (10 cm) between bed and wall. 9. In room safe was not working. 10. Complaints were not appreciated at reception desk (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) "No other rooms available. Hotel is full" . Checked by telephone....not true !! 4 DAYS PARIS ......BIRTHDAY PRESENT.....WASTE OF MONEY.......TERRIBLE HOTEL !!
