| See Hotel Booking Ref 9465582 - everything is explained in detail in the correspondance with the travel agent. In summary, extremely unprofessional people working at the reception desk. Not trustful and not reliable. Room was extremely small, and on the first evening a part of the facade fell off the building onto the terrace in front of the room. Size of the rooms is sth that could be tolerated, however the safety of guests should be given more priority. |

| Room was comfortable and quiet. Hotel is conveniently situated- easy to travel to / from. Very Clean. Good service from staff. Food was simple and adequate. |
