Hotel Saint Gothard, Nice

Good location near train station and within walking distance to the city centre. Room was clean with air conditioning and a small balcony. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is basic but quite filling.

Only just a 2 star. Rooms okay but breakfast was poor. Location was close to station but some dodgy people in this area.

the staff is friendly but the hotel is suffering from not enough attention being paid by management to the physical needs of the place just on a day-to-day basis. The sink in my room would hardly drain and burned out light bulbs were never replaced. The room was a good size, as good as most three***s but they need sprucing up.

Basic hotel - we stay here when we go to Monaco Grand Prix as its close to train station, basic hotel which is cleanish :-) (cud do with a lick of paint) basic continential breakfast, rooms are bit small and sometimes smell a bit,shower is small,hairdryer in bathroom but i wud advise to take your own as theirs is rubbish. Has a lift which isnt very big. We have stayed here 3 years in a row as its basic and cheap enough - its only for 5 nights so just rough it a bit. Wud stay here again but please take towels with you as we arrived with no towels (they used to supply them) but they do povide small hand towels.

We get for what we paid and we can't ask for more.Very near to the centre.The only problem was that there was bad smell in the room and the toilet.

Good cheap holiday, close to train, buses and shops. Staff are friendly, breakfast is a basic contential breakfast which is ok, rooms are small but ok as we only really used it to sleep in. Please take a hairdryer with you as theirs is absolute rubbish - takes ages to dry even short cut hair!!! Overall hotel is worth the money if you dont want to go to a lot off expense.

Good location, very near to train station 5 minutes walking. Rooms are small and old. Recommend if need to train by train early morning or arrive late at night

OK rooms, although spartan Nice and helpful staff Breakfast, a little too simple for my taste - coffee and tea from a machine, tasteless I could have wanted a change of linen at least once during my week's stay - towels were changed daily

Good situation if you use train. Rooms clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast modest at finish taste. Probably normal french breakfast.
