Location Overview

Conveniently located in the centre of Nice the hotel Normandy is located, two blocks from the main Nice train station and one block from the main street, Avenue Jean Medecin with its boutiques bars and restaurants. The pedestrian area is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The Old Town, the famous Promenade des Anglais and its beaches are 15 minutes walk away. The hotel is located within 5 min walking distance from the train station, which was very convenient. The quality of the room was o.k., the breakfast was not amazing. It is better to save 7 EUR and take the breakfast somewhere else.

THIS HOTEL WAS IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN, 10 MINUTES TO THE BEACH, 2 MINUTES TO TOWN AND 5 MINUTES TO THE TRAIN STATION. THE ROOMS MAY APPEAR BASIC ON ENTRY, BUT.... THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS, THE AIR-CON WORKS AND THE BREAKFASTS ARE LOVELY. THE STAFF ARE ALSO VERY HELPFULL. THE 15EUROS PER 24 HOURS FOR THE PRIVATE PARKING WAS VERY CHEAP AND ONLY 2 MINUTES FROM THE HOTEL, A MUST DO AS THE STREETS ARE VERY BUSY, SO STREET PARKING WOULD BE CHALLENGING. ALL IN ALL A GREAT HOTEL
