| The room was small but adequate for one night. We have stayed at the West End in the past, but your rates were much better. Also the breakfast was excellent for the price. |

| Unfortunately the hotel did not live up to 4star. The location was excellent but the rooms were very poor. We were moved twice and our friends moved three times as neither the show or acconditioning worked. The breakfast room was far to small for the size of the hotel and no clean plates or bowls and often ran out of food. Very very poor. We will not be staying there again. |
