--the room was relatively small but clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good except on morning when having breakfast after 9 o'clock. There wasn't any cheese and youghurt left. The location is excellent, only a few minutes from the beach and Massena square. I'd choose this hotel when travelling to Nice for the third time.

The hotel was central and handy for most parts of Nice, breakfast was very good. Our room was slightly larger than we have had previously while staying on holiday in France, clean and tidy Hotel. The roof terrace was an added bonus.

this was our 2nd stay here. There was a minor problem with noise from air conditioning but it was quickly and efficiently resolved by moving us to another room. The young reception team was very welcoming and informative and clearly well trained and committed to their work.Breakfast is good,as is room care. We will be back!

Fine breakfast buffet, at weekends till 11 am. The rooms ar quiet, but you have to close the door.
