Studio for 1-2 people is about 20 sq. m and one-bedroom apartment for 1-4 people is about 31 sq. m. Studios are equipped with a sofa beds and the apartments are equipped with sofa in the lounge room and two single beds in the bedroom. All studios and apartments have a bathroom (hairdryer provided on request) with separate toilet in 3-person studios and one-bedroom apartments for 4, a fully-equipped kitchen area (stove, oven, fridge), TV with cables channels and direct-line phone. House linen provided (linen changed and house-cleaning once a week free of charge). Additional house-cleaning service on request and charged according to requirements. Beds are made up for your arrival

Citadines Buffa proposes you breakfast (on request and at extra charge) that will be served in apartments. The Residence doesn’t have its own restaurant but the staff will suggest you a wide choice of restaurants and bars nearby

For your additional comfort, Citadines Buffa provides a reception lounge, a luggage room, an automatic laundry service, special facilities for your baby (bottle-warmer, cot), safety deposit boxes at reception, fax, message and mail services and lift to all floors. Opening hours of the reception are 09:00 -12:00 and 14:00 - 19:00. People arriving after reception has closed, must call reception in advance to know the security code for admission to the building and the procedure for picking up the key.
