| Rooms comfortable, hotel-wide aircon good. Rooms above entrance a little cramped, but others quite spacious. Starting to show signs of wear and tear. Front desk service good, friendly and informative. Buffet breakfast very good, staff efficient and friendly. Hotel located in a quiet street in the Musicians quarter about 4 minutes from the railway station, 5 minutes from the new tram line which takes you to the old town and Gare Routiere quickly - faster than the buses. 12 minutes walk to the beach. Good base for exploring Nice or going further afield by train or bus. |

| Rooms clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Staff helpful and friendly. Location very convenient for the SNCF Station with buses to centre of town (old town about a twenty five minute leisurely walk, Promenade des Anglais about 12 minutes.Buffet Continental breakfast is in a separate building about 30m away (Sunfish Cafe, owned by the hotel)and is of good quality. |

| Five minutes from the station in a quiet street. Ideal as a jumping off point for other Cote-d'Azur towns. Also buses nearby towards the Gare Routiere where buses to coastal villages depart from. Rooms comfortable and quiet, showing signs of wear, but general aircon is relatively quiet and works well. Staff friendly and generally very competent and helpful. Buffet breakfast has good selection, sometimes served in the hotel, sometimes at their restaurant a few doors along. |
