| this hotel is near the harbor. And it is approx. a 10 min. walk to the old Nice,a 15 min. walk to the new part of Nice and 15 min. to the trainstation. Breakfast is very good and the rooms (and bathroom) have a good size and it has been cleaned every day. We stayed there for 10 days (just like last year). One thing is a pitty, they didn't gave us clean sheads. The personnel is very friendly. |

| Room Comfortable although shower room designed for disabled person and not suitable for us. Not enough clothing hangers for a 4 night stay x 2 people. Breakfast gave an excellent choice and was in a nice restaurant. Communal lounge area very pleasant. Overall this was a very enjoyable stay. |
