(1) Neat & clean hotel, nice buffet breakfast. Somewhat away from the city center but with very good public transport connections, (2) Mixed staff response: the gentleman at night was very pleasantly mannered and helping, whereas the lady during the day time was with somewhat cold response. On request of some coins for tram tickets, the gentleman at night happily exchanged whereas the lady during the day expressed her inability as she has to serve "other" customers, for example for meals or paying the hotel bill! (3) The situation of the air conditioner was not so pleasant. It was turned off due to "noise" from midnight 00:00 to 06:00. I wonder when the temp is crossing 35C, what is more important, temp control or the noise? In any case I never felt AC noise. Hotel administration should give a due consideration to this difficulty. Overall, very good value for the money, and would happily stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel. Clean room, good breakfast, friendly personnel. It is very close to the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
