Everything worked and the room was comfortable. The air conditioning made no noise at all and the under-floor heating in the bathroom was a delight. The staff were helpful; the gym is adequate. The restaurant is good but with a very limited choice if you are staying for more than 1-2 days. I would avoid the scrambled eggs at breakfast but the rest is very good.

It is a very good hotel. The service is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is close to the airport and only about 3-5 min walk from the arrival terminals. Compared to many Hilton hotels in other European capital cities I find the rate very affordable.

Very nice hotel indeed. And very nicely situated when you need an airport hotel Good that they have real breakfast starting already at 6:00 in the moning!
Good also to work in the hotel room, which is important as s business traveller. Only that when I wanted to look at news in TV, there seem to be a cabel etc. problem as I lost some chanels like MTV3 and another one, can not remember anymore, not nice...
Have been before this time and surely will return.

It was easy to find upon leaving the Helsinki airport. Extremely friendly staff greeted me. Fabulous large well appointed room. Great linens and loved the Crabtree & Evelyn La Source toiletries. Great diiner and equally good breakfast. Would definately stay there again.

The only downside is that there's not much to do. But people stay there because it's the best hotel closeby (right at) the airport.

The room was very clean, modern and functional. The location is excellent for people like me who fly to Helsinki late in the evening and who fly out early the next day. And the early bird breakfast (which starts already at 03:30 in the morning) was very welcome.

We checked in at 1 am because of flight delays and early in the morning, we were on the 4 th floor and at check in had specifically requested a quite room atabout 6 am in the morning we started hearing a lot of banging and construction noise.
At around 9.30 am when we were checking out we bought this to the attention of the Reception, his response was not at all what is expected from a Hotel of 5 star rating.
He told me that they were adding 89 rooms and there was construction going on which is to normally start at 8 am (?), he told us that he will tell the construction crew not to start before that time in future.
