The location is perfect, rooms and breakfast OK, but the personnel seems to be unqualified and ignorant. The customer service at the reception was very bad, unflexible and patronizing. In the breakfast room the service did not exist, because personnel was rather young and obviously not well trained. The stay left a very bad feeling, because the customer gets no service there!

Everything was great. Clean and Quiet. Food excellent and reception service the best! The only ''problem'' was the tv channels, and that cause it there weren t too many options...
