This hotel is perfect for its rooms, location, food and customer service. Absolutely my favourite in helsinki.

The room was large and cosy, the view across the waterfront wonderful. The breakfast buffet was plentyful. Service was excellent.

The atmosphere is glamorous. Rooms are very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Only the beds are too hard!

Hotel fine but full restaurant menu not available on two nights which was very disappointing. Restricted menu very basic fare.
Remote conrol in room difficult to use, though batterie were gone at first.
Housekeeping very good. Clean and comfortable. Good location.

We arrived as two tied travelers & left refreshed ready for our next leg of our trip, thanks to welcoming & helpfull service . my partener said it was the best
breakfast that she had had. The location was perfect for us with a short walk the centre of town & harbour. The room was just right & we enjoiyed the view over the water, my partner would of liked tea & coffee making in room. Will be our choice when in Helsinky again.
