| Have been using this hotel for sometime. Rooms adequate, Internet rather expensive per hour EUR8.00 per hour. CNN and BBC available - good Late night arrival very tedious when NOT using Yeego. |

| Nice & quiet rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff - but the weather was warm and it was hard to sleep without air condition! |

| The rooms were accomodating, didn't have time for food there, but everyone at the desk was great. I loved the sauna at the end if a tiring day, and it was a quick, brisk walk to the shopping mall. Very easy to get to buses and to the heart of Helsinki. |

| Since its opening many years ago this hotel has build up a good reputation: friendly service, good food, clean rooms and flexible solution in case of unexpected problems. I always enjoy residing in this hotel. The only and single 'negative' experience I have had is, due to the lack of space, I was given a room in the first floor reserved mainly for customers with physical handicaps. There was unplesant smell in the sheet. I was told it is due to some problem with the powder soap used in the washing process. Not convincing as an explanation. |
