receive an automated confirmation of receipt email along with your customer login details to access your
bookings via your online client control panel. Unless an instant booking is made all other reservations will be confirmed within 24 hours, except on

How will I receive confirmation of my hotel reservation? Once your reservation has been confirmed you will be informed by email aftrewhich you will be able to log in to your client control panel, loacted at https://www.yeego.com/client/, and print off your hotel vouchers & receipt. Your receipt & vouchers will provide you with all important details including local representative contact details, hotel contact details, details of all other applicable service providers and any other relevant instructions. What happens if I want to amend or cancel my reservation? To amend or cancel your booking you will need to login to your client control panel located at https://www.yeego.com/client/ and take action accordingly. Cancellation charges will be in accordance to the bookings policy of the relevant destination. Standard booking policy unless your otherwise informed is as follows :Reservations cancelled 15 or more working days prior to arrival date will incur a GBP 0.00 cancellation charge. For cancellations made between 14 and 5 days prior to your arrival date a penalty charge equivalent to GBP 15.00 will be incurred. Any cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival will incur a cost of 1 night's accommodation. If you do not show up at the hotel you will be charged a fee equivallent to 1 night's accommodation. The above cancellation policy always applies unless you are otherwise informed. If you are not in agreement with any amendments to the above booking conditions reflected in your reservations confirmation email you will have the right to cancel your booking immediately without incurring any charges. What do I do when I get to the hotel? Unless otherwise stated, the relevant Yeego.com representative will have prepaid all payments for your accommodation. Client Control Panel What is the client control panel? Anything to do with your bookings must be done through your online client control panel - amendments,
cancellations, correspondence, etc. The panel is located at https://www.yeego.com/client/ and your login details would have
been sent to you via email. If you have lost your login details you can retrieve them by clicking on the "I
forgot my password" link located at https://www.yeego.com/client/.
Once logged into your client panel you will be presented with a list of all your bookings. To see the
details of a particular booking or to respond to a pending message click on the reference number of the relevant booking.
Once in the detail area of a particular booking you will see all the details of your booking including the
bookiing status; at the bottom of the screen you will see all recorded correspondence and booking activity in order of date.
You will also see 5 options:
Make a cancellation request
Select this option if you would like to cancel your booking.
Send agent a message
Select this option if you need to interact with your booking agent for any reason whatsoever.
All correspondence between you and the booking agent will be recorded at the bottom of the page for easy future reference
Print your voucher
Once your booking has been confirmed please select this option. You will need to print off your hotel
vouchers and present them to the hotel upon your arrival. The hotel will accept these vouchers as your form
of payment.
Print your invoice
Once your booking has been confirmed you will be able to print off your invoice, which will include all
details of your booking together with the relevant charges.
Submit New Credit Card Details
Select this option should you need to submit new credit card details via our secure server.
