Good clean hotel. Decent but not great breakfast. Close to the old city. The rooms are small.

The Hotel is basically very satisfactory. The reception staff were very helpful. Bedrooms adequate with new towels each day. Location adjacent to the Old Town was fine for walking the town. Breakfast arrangements left a lot to be desired, mainly due to the fact that the restaurant in the Hotel was a franchise. It ran out of bread one day, another there was a shortage of eggs. No manager in the Hotel to make a complaint and the staff in the restaurant were unable to be at all helpful. This problem I pointed out to the Hotel in their final questionaire. Tables were not set out for morning breakfast, in certain instances there were no table clothes and you had to collect your own cutlery, M. W. Wesley

Overbooked, no rooms at 3 pm. Tried to send us from Old Town to near airport hotel. It was terrible! All our engagements with friends in next 24 hours were in the city . In the end we said we will spend our night on the floor in front of reception. After that we could select the room? If you have paid the room 3 weeks before, there must be a room! Room was OK, but floors were an exception, covered with carpet surface and bathroom was fluding after shower.

Nice hotel near Virukeskus shopping center, and in the best place between ships and old town. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Thank you "I´ll be back"

Rooms very clean and very well appointed with bathrobes and slippers etc provided. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. (Also speak English)Good choice available in breakfast buffet. Location in old town, and directly across from supermarket extremely convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
