The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Hotel was good. Our room was located on third floor. The windows on the third floor cannot be opened. We arrived after 10PM, our room was super hot! AC took pretty long before started to cool down the room. Bathrobe was a nice bonus! Beds and bathroom were good. Breakfast was good. Every time something ran out, the waitress brought more. Very good location for shopping and to old town.

The Hotel is basically very satisfactory. The reception staff were very helpful. Bedrooms adequate with new towels each day.
Location adjacent to the Old Town was fine for walking the town.
Breakfast arrangements left a lot to be desired, mainly due to the fact that the restaurant in the Hotel was a franchise. It ran out of bread one day, another there was a shortage of eggs. No manager in the Hotel to make a complaint and the staff in the restaurant were unable to be at all helpful.
This problem I pointed out to the Hotel in their final questionaire.
Tables were not set out for morning breakfast, in certain instances there were no table clothes and you had to collect your own cutlery,
