The Hotel LErmitage, built in 2004, is tempting with its location directly alongside of the Old Town of Tallinn and with its green surroundings. We found the rooms to be small and far too hot, particularly the bathroom. The window opening was too small to make a difference. Having said that the rooms were clean and well furnished, breakfast was OK and the price we paid represented good value. The hotel was close to the old centre, the train and bus station but the international bus station was about 10 stops on the No.2 tram.

We were very pleased to find this hotel in a green neigbourhood and next door to the old town. The service was friendly and the room was clean and spaceous enough. The chairs in the breakfast room were big, which was the only minus since it was hard to move between the tables.

The rooms were very good and clean. If your room is at the front you can hear the traffic, but not to noisy.
Didn't eat in but the breakfast was good with a good choice, but only a small room so did get packed.
Location was very good, only 5 minute walk to the Castle, 10mins to old town sq and 10 mins to the station. You can also walk to the Ferry Term but allow 40mins.

Rooms are simple and nice, all that you need is present.
The employées are very friendly and helpfull.
Location 1 km from the center of the old town.

Rooms are nice and clean, reception service friendly. Lobby bar should be open also after 11.00 p.m., would have liked to have cup of tea when returning to the hotel at 11.30 p.m. Breakfast room too small (at least on Sunday mornings).
