| The hotel has 187 rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and the bathroom floors are heated. In addition to the standard equipment, hair dryers and bathrobes are also provided. Most of the rooms have a minibar. The rooms have complimentary internet connection as well as coffee and tea making facilities. The duplex Junior Suites are located on the third floor. A cozy living room is on the lower level of the suite, with the bedroom upstairs. The Admiral and Marine Deluxe Suites are located in the seaside extension and offer picturesque sea views. All the air-conditioned suites feature TV, direct dial phone, hair dryer, bathrobe, heated bathroom floor, coffee and tea making facilities. While Admiral Suites have two rooms, Marine Deluxe Suites have one room. Suite rate includes free parking in the underground garage. Family room rate includes the cost of maximum 2 children under 7 sleeping on the collapsible sofa. Standard Twin room, Junior Suite and Admiral suite can accommodate 1 extra bed for children |

| Brasserie Strand serves buffet-style breakfast daily from 7 am to 11 am. From noon to 5 pm guests can enjoy lunch from the a la carte menu. Dinner buffet is served from 6 pm to 10 pm. The Lobby Bar offers ligh meals and snacks daily from 8 am to 12 pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, guests also receive free admission to Club Strand Night Club |

| All guests can enjoy free use of the SPA facilities and fitness center throughout their stay. The hotel's sun-filled atrium contains three swimming pools for all swimmers; a 16-meter pool for more experienced swimmers; a whirlpool for those just wanting to relax; and a children's pool for the little ones. The poolside bar offers light refreshments. An adjacent outside terrace is perfect for sunbathing. The private sauna and whirlpool bath accommodates up to 12 people and is perfect for small private parties. Food and beverage service is also available. The Beauty Salon offers a rich choice of massages and beauty treatments |

| Named after the best known resort town in the Baltics, the seven meeting rooms (and Auditorium ) are available in sizes to suit a meeting or conference of any size. The largest room, the Jurmala & Palanga halls combined, can accommodate up to 520 people and is also perfect for big parties or banquets. The two mid-sized rooms, the Pirita and the Pärnu are perfect for seminars or training and can accommodate from 24 to 60 people, depending upon the set-up of the room. The Paralepa can accommodate 12 people. The Liepaja and Nida, each with space for 6, are perfect for meetings and negotiations. The theater-style Auditorium seats up to 96 people. Along with a suitable meeting room, the Hotel Strand can provide dining, coffee breaks and all other conference services |

| Rooms are large. Our family is four person and there is enough room for all of us. Rooms are very clean. We only eat breakfast there is plenty variations for everybody, even our children can made different kind of meals every morning.Hotel stays in very quiet area. |

| We went to the Strand SPA off-season and arrived on a Monday to find it clean, friendly and relaxing. The room, including the en-suite were clean and tidy. The room was typically a twin rather than a double, but we managed to push them together and they made them up as a double thereafter. Breakfast was standard fair for Estonian hotels, a selection of cold meats, cheeses, herrings and salad; or cereals; or hot food in the form of boiled or scrambled eggs, bratwurst style sausages and very fatty slightly smoked bacon. There were also a nice selection of cakes and a good range of bread, some freshly cooked/warmed there. The evening meals were traditional French Brassiere (according to the menu/hotel info) but there was definitely a “twist”, which we really enjoyed. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke good English, especially those in the bar/restaurant. The communal areas we inviting and the pool and sauna well kept. We enjoyed having a saloon offering spa treatments at reasonable prices on tap. Beware though, even in low season things get booked up very quickly! The hotel offered good value for money and was close to the beach. It isn’t in such a good location if you want to be close to town, but it was a simple 20 minute walk from the hotel to the centre. Alternatively, there are plenty of buses that go to town from right outside. The only thing that reduced our enjoyment of our time at the hotel was the arrival of a group of the guests who seemed to be there for the weekend, but even this was only minor and cannot be held against the hotel and staff. We would definitely consider staying at the Strand SPA if we ever find ourselves in Pärnu again. |
