The Victoria Hotel is a plastic Riga Heimatstyle building that was completed in 1923 according to one of the first and most significant designs by E. v. Wolffeldt and A. Nürnberg in Pärnu. | There are 23 guest rooms ( 17 doubles and 6 singles) in the hotel. The rooms are of various sizes and designs. There are en suite shower and toilet facilities, TV- and radio-sets and a minibar in each room. The rooms overlooking Lõuna Street offer a marvellous view of Lydia Koidula park |

| Restaurants & Bars |
| Café Grand has been a well-known first class restaurant since 1927. At that time, it was a café for the cream of the local society where soloists invited from Tallinn used to perform. In the Soviet period it served as a public catering establishment called Võit with an orchestra playing twice a day. The hotel and restaurant were renamed Victoria after extensive repairs in 1991. In December 2001, Café Grand was opened after renovation and redecoration in the style of 1920s. The restaurant seats 36 and the bar 22 people. If necessary, tables and chairs can be added to seat a larger number of people. The restaurant accommodates up to 100 people at buffet receptions. The restaurant offers live music every Friday and Saturday evening |

| In Internet and in the travelbooks i`ve read, hotel victoria was allways described as a hotel with large rooms... when we saw our junior doubleroom i was only able to laugh. it was the smallest room i have ever seen. there wasn´t even a wardrobe where we could put our clothes in. only one very small, and after we put our jackets inside it was pretty full. I thought it was a one-bed room for peaople who only stay for one night for example. the stuff was great!!!! everyone spoke good english. breakfast was very good. the hotel is clean and looks very nice from outside. |

| The hotel is old and its history is visible, that's wonderful. Location is very good. Our room was clean and nice. Service was kind. Breakfast was quite poor. |

| Great room, Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Near a busy road, but not to noisy. No lift, so hard work to get backs and prams upstairs. |
