| Fresh and rich breakfast is served between 07.00-11.00 in the a la carte restaurant on the ground floor. Early breakfast should be ordered in advance at phone no 005 by 21.00 previous night at the latest. Absolut Lounge, located on the ground floor is open from 10.30, the most convenient meeting place in the hotel. Light snacks and cocktails based on fresh berries help the guests to boost their energy level during the day. Spa Cuisine is open between 12.00 - 23.00. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor surprises you with its menu based on the traditions of Spa Cuisine. With the meals, the fresh produce of the best local farms are used. The food is cooked in a healthy way without compromising the taste. In summer an open-air terrace is opened next to the restaurant where a magnificent view opens to the Kuressaare Bay. Tea and Dessert Room is open between 12.00 - 23.00. After a healthy meal in the restaurant it is the right time to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea accompanied with a light dessert in the room with a view to the sea specially designed for that |

| It is free for a hotel customer to use the saunas and pools (except the Private Sauna) on the ground floor of the hotel. Also, it is free entrance for a hotel customer to the active spa on the first floor where one can work out under the supervision of a personal couch at fixed times and, of course, individually as well. You can find the timetable for activities at the hotel reception as well as at the spa reception. GO SPA Pools are for bathing and are not very deep. The pool assistants would give you additional information about the pools. Exciting colour designs, tender lights and quiet musical background will help to create the mood in the Bathing Pool. The Outdoor Pool with its heating system helps summertime to start earlier and last for longer. You can enjoy subwater jet massage in Minipool (36°). Jaccuzzi (36°) helps to relieve the stress and tiredness. The Kneipp Foot Bath with the ground covered with sea stones help you to soothe the tired feet. GO SPA Steam Sauna and Finnish Sauna are situated in the Pool and Sauna area. There are separate saunas for women and men. You can book the Private Sauna at the spa reception. The Juice Bar is located near the saunas and pools offers you freshly squeezed juice and different soft drinks |
