| At first sight it looked a reasonable hotel. Receptionist efficient but lacked people skills - no friendly greeting. The lift hardly ever worked (our daughters had to carry their cases down 5 floors when we left) and, initially, we could not open bedroom door with keycard. Had to get handyman to let us in!! Heard many guests complaining to duty manager. Would not recommend to anyone. |
