I cannot really fault the services of the hotel. We were also lucky as for some reason they upgraded us to an executive room. We had a superking size bed and complimentary wine, and water each night of our stay. Checking in and out was hassle free. On a personal level the hotel is just too big and impersonal. I would use it again though if i managed to get another good deal. As a female who sometimes travels alone i must say that this is not an hotel i would feel comfortable to be alone in. On the whole a very good experience.

This hotel was great. It was so close to the tube station first of all. Secondly, the neighbourhood was good no problems with safety. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean. We had no problems checking in or out. The only thing was the room was too small and when the sofa bed was down (we were three people so we needed the sofa bed) we had to climb over the sofa bed. They should have given us a slightly larger room. Other than that we were very pleased because it was one of the best rates we could find for a respectable hotel. I definitely recommend it. You will probably not find a better rate in london (only if you stay in a really crappy hotel) don't hesitate. Only picky people won't like this hotel.

Rooms were quite small with little walking room , however the bed linen was clean and fresh i liked the idea of a duvet instead of usual blankets. A fridge had been removed leaving an unsightly dirty space. Bathroom really small but clean and functional!we only ate breakfast which in our rate was only continental which i was not aware of on booking.Food nontheless was good. Service in breakfast restaurant was of a high standard with helpful and pleasant staff and there was a good supply of food which was restocked frequently. They could perhaps make a more interesting fruit salad! the hotel was in agood location for us as we were visiting our son at university and gloucester road tube station was close by for trips into centrallondon. The reception were not bursting with personality and gave us no information about breakfast times etc. In fact when we got to our room the key had not been activated properly and we had to go all the way down again to sort this out. I would say it is the quietest hotel to sleep in with no noise in corridors.Thats it! as i have never used yeego before i was pleased with the rate and that i actually had a room!!!!
