Me and my wife found your hotel staff very helpful and friendly. And,we also thought that the hotel room was very spacious and clean and a lovely view overlooking Hyde Park. The bed was also very comfortable and we would recommend that anyone coming to visit London should definitely stay at the Ramada Hotel. Me and My wife would like to say thank you very much for your kind staff and lovely hotel,and when we come back to London in the future we will stay at your hotel again.

room and breakfast very good reception long wait, they had no room ready at ten in the morning and wanted to give me a more expensive room, so i decided to come back later. i also had to insist to get my credit card slip back as i had no exras to pay, something i did not like because by experience i never leave a credit cad slip. otherwise everything. good location

new refurbished rooms, very clean, quiet. Friendly staff.Limited choice for continental breakfast for those who do not fancy an english breakfast.Good location: close to tube station and opposite Hyde Park.Will definetely stay there again !

Though the hotel is located near a busy traffic, it's quiet around. A subway station is 3 min walking away. Food street is another 10 min away. Room size is bigger than those in Paddington station area. Room rate is accordingly higher. I slept a double room which was well equiped, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were nice. Breakfast was very good and gave me a pleasant start of the day.
