Spent a week in mid-august, room (standard double)was ok, though a bit small and drafty, also maybe a bit too thin walls-might get a bit disturbing if you get noisy neighbours... Also some leaking from bathroom fawcett, but nothing major... The staff and service was great though during breakfast some food items were not always available... Really good location, queensway&bayswater tube stations just around the corner, and bus connections good via bayswater road... There´s quite a lot of hotels/hostels in the area, and bayswater is also quite a vibrant area in the evening(traffic/pubs/people...),so some people might find it a bit noisy, but nothing outside of normal imho... Would definitely visit again!

Hotel location is great. Subway station is only a few steps away. Resturants and souvenir shops are around. I stayed 4 nights in early july. Breakfast was good and service was warm. My room was clean. Front desk staff was serious and seldom smiled.
