| Nice new rooms Plastic cover to sleep on on the bed is terrible, makes you sweat all night Old lady in the breakfast room has been there for years and she is always in a bad mood and looks angry and feed up with her job - not so nice |

| Small clean comfortable rooms. Windows were able to be opened. Hot & cold buffet breakfast had plenty of choices. A convenience store is located next to hotel and a variety of eating places & pubs are nearby. Russell Square & Holborn Tube (Underground) stations are about 5 minutes walk in opposite directions. A number of buses pass the hotel and Russell Square is terminus for Route 7 (Oxford St to Paddington + ) and 188 to Waterloo Sta & Greenwich. Easy to purchase (cash / credit card) an Oyster card ( London Travel ) from the ticket office at Russell Square Tube Station. |

| The room is comfortable, and the english breakfast is also fine. I regret the item for breakfast is exactly same everyday. |
