The hotel's bathroom was so small. Ans their smoking rooms only is on the ground level. Hotel personnel was fine to me.

Bayswater is a great location for shopping and eating. Hotel very clean with excellent size bedrooms. Receptionist staff not the friendliest although waitress at breakfast was very friendly. Tube station just around the corner and bayswater was on the circle line. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially great value for money.

Hotel is central, good location for tube, etc. Nice clean hotel with good reception area. Room was extremely small. Have stayed in best western hotel, o'connell st, dublin in double room which was three times the size of this!
didn't sample food as when i arrived was told i was only to have continental breakfast. This was not made clear to me when i booked.

The phoenix hotel was a great place to stay whilst in london. Bayswater tube station was only a 5 minute walk away and the hotel itself was clean and welcoming. Our room was small, but i've come to expect that from london hotels, but the facilities were good. My only gripe was that there wasn't much choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and were happy to help with any queries.
