Rooms were fine but i did not get a smoking room as requested and as confirmed in the bookings.

The hotel is basic the rooms are like an old fashioned B&B with an en suite but the hotel very central . It is ideal for weekend break or as a base for getting around London. The staff were very friendly and helpful and would recommend it for people on a budget break to London.

This hotel lacks amenities that one normally expects: Easy access into and out of hotel with luggage. One elevator of two, functional. Haphazard reception for breakfast, but serving staff were cheerful.
