| the hotel was over booked ,we were sent to the thistle hotel and had to pay another £25.00 ,because there was no room ready.It was a nice room and very clean but we arrived tired and had to walk another two blocks before getting settled.Breakfast was good but service very poor.A disappointing experience. |

| Our double room was small and very cold - we only had a heater in it - no central heating. The furniture was very old. When you opened one drawer the one on top and the one under it opened too!!! The breakfast could only be described as adaquate - just do not try what they say is coffee - it was just like mud!! All in all considering that one was staying at the Selfridge there really was nothing special except for the location. |
