The 119 bedrooms are a sober sea of calm with a little of the unexpected thrown in for good measure: dreamy chocolate and vanilla colours on the ground floor contrast with the extraordinary amethyst rooms on the upper floors. The fourth floor combines colours of powder blue, cream with white wood furniture and oranges and yellows with light wood furniture. Duvets in every bedroom on this floor add to the continental feel.
